Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Salary Packaging Administration Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our employees throughout their employment lifecycle, from initial appointment to the conclusion of their contractual engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative assistance in the daily processing of Northern Employees' Salary Packaging and Novated Leases.
  • Establishing and upholding a professional and courteous relationship with our clients.
  • Delivering high-quality results under pressure to meet fortnightly payroll cut off periods.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Experience and good working knowledge of Fringe Benefits Tax and understanding of Salary Packaging rulings.
  • Proven ability to work effectively and efficiently within a team environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
