RCR Mining Technologies is seeking anexperienced and driven Project Engineer to join our high-performingService Delivery division. This role is pivotal to the safe,efficient, and commercially sound delivery of shutdowns,installations, and site-based projects across all stages—frominitiation and planning through to execution and closeout. As a Project Engineer at RCR, you'll be instrumental in ensuringtechnical, financial, and operational success while upholding ourcommitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Support planning and delivery of fixed plant shutdowns andinstallations. - Prepare and review scopes of work, cost estimates,schedules, and methodologies. - Monitor project milestones and critical pathactivities. - Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, andAustralian Standards. - Develop and review technical documentation and vendordeliverables. - Manage technical queries and non-conformances duringexecution. - Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. - Assist in tendering, estimating, and proposalpreparation. - Liaise across project teams, clients, vendors, andengineering staff. - Promote strong client relationships and alignment ofexpectations. - Provide technical support to site supervisors andparticipate in client reporting. - Ensure adherence to QA/QC, HSEQ, and project governancestandards. - Monitor project costs and support financial reviews andvariation claims. - Coordinate procurement with supply chain and projectmanagers.
