Responsibilities
Our service team seeks an individual who can provide quality customer service and support the service department. As a Service Advisor, you will contribute to a positive customer experience and support the automotive service process with attention to detail and professional presentation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role or a technical background within the automotive industry
- Mechanical aptitude and a commitment to quality customer service
- Exceptional communication skills
- Attention to detail and proactive thinking
- A friendly and approachable personality
- Sound understanding of automotive systems
- The ability to work in a team environment
