Responsibilities

- Greeting and serving customers for the service department.

- Advising customers on vehicle updates regarding repairs or servicing.

- Following manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively and efficiently.

- Coordinating daily service appointments.

- Meeting individual and team targets.

- Managing customer expectations.

- Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

- Preparing for next-day appointments.

- Booking customer vehicle services via email, phone, or face-to-face.

- Preparing Repair Orders and Job Sheets for workshop execution.

- Promptly invoicing customers.

- Effectively addressing customer concerns.

Specific skills required

- Consistently creating a memorable customer experience.

- Explaining the value of vehicle services and repairs.

- Working cooperatively in a team environment.

- Genuine care for external and internal customers.

- Exceptional organisational skills with strong time management.

- Previous experience using Era Power DMS (highly regarded).

- Previous experience using Xtime booking system (highly regarded).

- Ford brand experience (highly regarded).

- Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders.

- Current driver's license is mandatory.

Essential criteria

- A passion for the automotive industry and the brand.

- Ability to logically solve problems.

- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

- High level of personal presentation.

- Strong computer skills and effective use of dealership DMS (EraPower).

- Commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
