Technical Support Officer

- Employment type – Temporary full-time up to three years

- Salary – $99,938 pa - $110,271 pa plus employers’ contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

What you’ll do

Join a creative and innovative multimedia team that values collaboration and technical excellence.

You’ll:

- Support end users and audio‑visual systems (Cisco, MS Teams)

- Assist with live video production

- Work with external vendors

- Track hardware assets accurately

- Participate in team meetings and provide updates

Be part of a team that encourages diverse ideas and proactive problem‑solving.

What we’re looking for

A motivated individual with foundational AV knowledge and strong problem‑solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of enterprise AV systems (Extron, Crestron, Cisco)

- Understanding of networking, video codecs, DSPs, and AV topologies

- Ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment

- NSW driver’s licence

Preferred skills

- Clear communication at all levels

- Willingness to learn

- Team player who can also work independently
