About the role

Your role as the TechnicalSupport Officer - PV is to support the Solahart dealer network inresolving PV & DC battery system faults quickly, therebypromoting Solahart as a premium renewable energy business.

Your role is to:

- Assist in the resolution of technical enquiries via thevarious media forms available to the Dealer/Installer.

- Collaborate with Field Sales & Sales Administration toidentify training opportunities in order to reduce the numberof repeat enquiries of the same type or nature and improve ourcustomer service to the end-customer.

- Work in conjunction with the Warranty Specialist asTechnical Support and Warranty are intrinsically linked.

- Maintain a strong preferential link with our suppliers toprovide seamless support of their products as part of aSolahart System.

- Work with the product marketing team on areas that requirefocus in their portfolios, as part of our continuousimprovement journey

About you

You will have:

- Any additional study or qualification in the field of PV orDC batteries viewed favourably Required Knowledge, Skills &Abilities:

- CEC Accredited Designer

- CEC Accredited Installer

- Experience in installing, fault finding and repairingString and Hybrid PV Systems.

- Must have strong problem solving skills and be motivated toassist in closing out issues in a logical andtimelymanner.

- Must be proficient with a computer and MS Office packages(word, excel, outlook, teams etc)
