The Role

- Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, paid advertising, and social media) using HubSpot.

- Manage HubSpot CRM data and workflows to support targeted campaigns, lead nurturing, and sales enablement.

- Create and optimise marketing content (emails, social posts, blogs, landing pages, forms, and pop-ups) with the support of HubSpot’s content and AI tools.

- Monitor campaign performance using HubSpot dashboards and analytics, providing insights into ROI and customer engagement.

- Coordinate production of proposals, presentations, and promotional materials to ensure brand consistency.

- Support brand development through events, conferences, and targeted campaigns.

- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.

About You

You will bring a strong foundation in marketing, with demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution.

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.

- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and campaign management (preferably using HubSpot).

- Strong understanding of email marketing, paid ads, social media, and content marketing.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to generate insights from data.

- Previous B2B or industrial sector experience highly regarded.
