Overview

Kingston Healthcare is hiring a dynamic Sales Specialist (Community Relations) to build relationships, grow referral networks, and elevate the visibility of our senior living communities across the region. This is a full-time, community-focused role.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, senior service agencies, and other key community partners
- Identify new referral sources and generate leads for admissions into assisted living or skilled nursing
- Plan and execute creative marketing strategies, events, and community outreach activities—think harvest festivals, caregiver brunches, and health fairs
- Track referral data, analyze market trends, and adjust outreach efforts accordingly
- Serve as the face of Kingston at local events, networking meetings, and health expos
- Collaborate with the admissions and leadership team to ensure seamless communication and follow-up

What You Bring

- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development—healthcare or senior living experience preferred
- Established relationships in the local healthcare or senior service community
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect authentically
- Ability to plan and lead events and marketing campaigns from start to finish
- A self-starter attitude with excellent time management and follow-through
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel locally, with occasional evenings or weekends
