Are you a creative and digital-savvy marketer with a passion for making a difference? Etan Health Care is looking for a Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow and elevate our brand across multiple digital channels.

About the Role

This is a 1-day-per-week in-office role at our Cedric Street office. The position is initially offered as a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension for the right person.

You'll lead the creation and delivery of digital content and marketing strategies to increase our visibility, build community engagement, and attract new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn

  • Run and optimize Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns

  • Keep our website up to date (basic CMS and SEO knowledge helpful)

  • Create visual content using Canva or similar design tools

  • Monitor digital trends and provide new ideas for audience engagement

  • Produce and edit short-form videos for social media

  • Help with email campaigns and basic branding material

  • Maintain consistency across all digital platforms

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation

  • A creative mindset and eye for good design and storytelling

  • Comfortable working with Meta Ads Manager, Canva, CMS tools, Mailchimp, etc.

  • Strong writing and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Interest or background in NDIS, healthcare, or community services is highly valued

Nice to Have:

  • Basic video editing skills

  • Copywriting or blog writing

  • Familiarity with marketing in a regulated industry
