Marketing Analytics & Growth Specialist

Location: Bunbury, Australia. Sector: Marketing. Salary: $97,000.00 to $115,000.00 per annum.

We are looking for a marketing professional who loves turning insights into scalable growth systems. This role blends analytics, market research, campaign planning, marketing automation, and growth strategy to build the infrastructure that drives revenue, efficiency, and impact.

Task & Responsibilities

- Own the full growth analytics stack: design event tracking, build dashboards, and report weekly revenue drivers.
- Conduct market research and analyse customer data to identify opportunities, trends, and target segments.
- Develop and execute a structured experimentation roadmap (A/B, multivariate, lifecycle tests) across digital channels, funnels, and user journeys.
- Build and optimise marketing and sales automation workflows that reduce manual effort and increase conversion efficiency.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with brand and positioning.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align metrics, reporting, and performance accountability.
- Lead attribution, incrementality, and ROI analysis to guide investment decisions.
- Maintain data governance: UTMs, schemas, QA, and consistency across platforms.
- Continuously identify, test, and scale new channels, tactics, and tools that drive measurable growth.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials and promotional content to support campaign execution.
- Advise on marketing strategy including product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, and distribution channels.
- Support business growth by contributing to the development and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs.

What Success Looks Like

- Clear dashboards that show how marketing spend leads to enquiries, pipeline, and revenue.
- Marketing campaigns delivered on time, on brand, and achieving measurable results.
- Experiments and testing are run regularly, with insights shared and applied to improve outcomes.
- Manual processes are reduced through automation, improving efficiency and scalability.
- Return on investment (ROI) from marketing activities is measured and continuously improved.
- Growth is achieved across customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Qualification & Experience

- A relevant Bachelor or higher degree or 5+ years in growth, marketing operations, or analytics-focused roles.
- Hands-on with tools like GA4, Google Ads, SEMrush, Hotjar and A/B testing platforms.
- Experienced in building dashboards and communicating insights to leadership.
- Strong understanding of customer funnels, LTV:CAC, payback, and retention metrics.
- Experienced in developing marketing plans and advising on campaign strategy, positioning, and promotional activities.
- Able to provide advice to management on marketing opportunities and campaign direction.
- A system builder who thrives on experimentation and structured problem-solving.
- Comfortable operating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales stakeholders.
