This is for a Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time or Fixed Term Part Time appointment at various hours per fortnight, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

Eligibility to Apply

Selection and Process

While this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other similar vacancies throughout the health service. If the successful applicant declines or vacates the advertised vacancy, the next most suitable applicant may be selected from this process. The options remain valid for twelve (12) months from the endorsement of the recruitment decision.

Position Profile

We are currently seeking to appoint a Senior Health Professional Mental Health. As part of the Wheatbelt Mental Health Service ACCESS (Advice, Consultation, Collaboration, Entry Support Service) Team, the role provides triage and advanced level assessment, and treatment planning for people with serious mental illness in the Wheatbelt Region. The occupant is required to model organisational values, safety and quality improvement and the Code of Conduct. Compliance with policies, procedures, standards and legislation including Confidentiality and Work Health and Safety policies is mandatory.
