Administrative & Communication Support

- Provide administrative and communication support.
- Coordinate departmental budgets, expenses, and phone inquiries.
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Marketing Assistance

- Manage key marketing deliverables for product launches via NPI Tracker and create NPI Launch Packs.
- Maintain and update project management tools, ensuring tasks and timelines are tracked and communicated effectively.
- Collaborate with Product Management to develop compelling marketing messages based on product features and benefits.
- Support digital marketing efforts, including content loading and website activations.
- Assist in internal and external event execution, including trade shows and logistics.
- Contribute to social media content planning, creation, and performance tracking.
- Support graphic design by completing briefs and sourcing assets and approvals.
- Proof artwork and collate changes for marketing materials.
- Assist with Merchandising and POS development.
- Implement and roll out marketing launch plans.
- Coordinate with external PR agencies for product launches and related activities.
- Research and recommend new marketing tools and industry trends.

Internal Support

- Act as an escalation point for customer care and technical support.
- Provide product information and collateral to support sales.
- Share feedback and information with global and regional marketing teams.
- Participate in regional and global conference calls.
- Support operational and demand planning initiatives.

General Responsibilities

- Communicate ideas, challenges, and problems promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
