We are seeking a skilled Job Placement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify their career goals and aspirations, providing personalized support to help them achieve sustainable employment.
Responsibilities include:
- Guiding clients towards job-readiness through tailored coaching sessions;
- Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Developing effective strategies to reverse market clients to employers;
- Ensuring all activity is accurately documented and adheres to compliance requirements;
- Providing exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders at every stage of the process.
Requirements for Success:
- A minimum of one year's experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people overcoming challenges;
- Excellent communication and liaison skills to interact with multiple stakeholders;
- Ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver lasting employment outcomes for clients/employers;
- A current Driver's Licence and willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
