Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator

This role is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing professional to join our in-house team and contribute to delivering innovative marketing solutions across various digital platforms.

  • Digital content creation for social media, including design, implementation, and monitoring of performance.
  • Email campaign management, including creation, implementation, and analysis of results.
  • Websites support, including content monitoring, collaboration with the design team, and uploading of marketing materials.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Design and create engaging digital content for social media platforms, monitor and analyze performance, and implement strategies to improve engagement.
  • Email Campaigns: Plan, create, and implement email campaigns, working closely with third-party suppliers and analyzing results to inform future developments.
  • Website Support: Monitor website content, collaborate with the design team on updates, and upload supporting marketing materials to company portals.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Offline Marketing/Communications team to research, develop, and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Implement digital outreach campaigns across email and social media platforms.
  • Align digital activity with event or press activity.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up deliverables for agreed partnerships or competitions.
  • Assist with research opportunities to support digital activity, including competitor analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records and project management across multiple digital platforms.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Four years' experience in a previous digital marketing role.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques and concepts within social media, email marketing, and digital campaign implementation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience using email building software.
  • Understanding of SEO keywords.
