- Generate demand for our services by understanding community needs.
- Sell our services across the region and maintain a structured approach to achieving targets.
- Ensure customers are properly engaged and supported to live their desired life.
- You are a strong self-starter, empathetic, and adaptable, thriving in collaboration with diverse teams, customers, and business contacts.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of the disability sector, NDIS, and disability housing.
- You express yourself clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- You confidently present ideas and information, engaging your audience with high-level presentation skills.
- Sign new customers efficiently by managing new leads and collaborating with Service Coordinators and Partners.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and service expansion by identifying unmet service needs within existing customers.
- Establish a strong regional market presence by building and maintaining relevant relationships.
