About the role

We have such an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven People & Culture professional to join the team as People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner Lead. As we continue a journey of cultural and people experience transformation, this role will be accountable for partnering with Executive Directors and their senior leadership teams to develop and deliver the P&C strategy in support of both organisational and divisional objectives.

As the P&C Business Partner Lead, you will be responsible for leading a small team of P&C Business Partners who support both corporate and operational teams. As a trusted partner you will provide expertise and guidance on people strategies to deliver on business objectives whilst also being a transformation agent, leading and managing culture, operating model, and strategic change.

As a trusted partner, you bring a strategic coaching mindset to build leadership capability and leadership team cohesion and effectiveness. You play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic people and culture initiatives and deliver P&C frameworks and processes at scale.

- A deep understanding of P&C concepts and principles gained through formal education and work experience
- Demonstrated senior P&C business partnering/influencing skills at an executive level with a high level of responsiveness
- Proven track record in developing and executing P&C strategy, solutions and outcomes
- Ability to anticipate and respond to new initiatives, changing conditions and shifting priorities comfortably switching between strategy and operations
- A commitment to Lifeblood’s values and leadership principles
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or associated disciplines
- Experience in a leadership role and/or in the health, sciences, manufacturing or FMCG sectors is desirable but not a prerequisite

This is a permanent full-time opportunity working in either our Melbourne or Sydney Processing centres plus WFH.
