About the Opportunity:

As the National Sales & Business Development Manager, you'll lead a national team of Account and Business Development Managers to drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, uncover new market opportunities, and deliver a seamless, value-adding customer experience.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this newly created role will be instrumental in driving our business forward and connecting the voice of the customer with our manufacturing and operations teams — ensuring our products and services consistently align with market needs. It's a hands‑on senior leadership position for someone who leads from the front, thrives on developing strategy and structure, and inspires their team to deliver both commercial results and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire a national sales team to exceed targets and build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance.

- Drive growth across existing and emerging markets — including expanding our dealer network and opening new channels.

- Build meaningful relationships with key customers, referrers, and partners — particularly within family‑owned and independent businesses.

- Shape and execute sales strategy that aligns with our business goals and manufacturing capabilities.

- Implement smarter systems — including a future CRM and tech support platform — to lift visibility and effectiveness.

- Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, technical, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Mentor and develop future leaders, ensuring we're always building a strong sales bench for what's next.

To be successful in this role you will have:

You're not just a sales leader — you're a builder of people, relationships, and results. You're known for your authenticity, technical curiosity, and ability to win trust quickly.

Here's what success looks like:

- You've led sales teams in manufacturing, construction, or related technical industries.

- You're commercially sharp and have the track record to prove it — delivering consistent revenue and margin growth.

- You relate easily to all kinds of people — from installers/trades and distributors to business owners and national partners.

- You lead with integrity and create a culture where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to do their best work.

- You have a mechanical or electronic aptitude that helps you quickly understand our products and processes.

- You value team over ego — you're pragmatic, flexible, and focused on winning the long game.

- You're excited by innovation — from implementing new CRMs to developing omni‑channel strategies.

- You display a genuine growth mindset — always learning, adapting, and finding better ways to deliver.

Why join CW Products?

- Be part of an Australian success story entering its next phase of growth.

- Join a values‑driven leadership team that believes in collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering quality without compromise.

- Have real influence — shaping sales strategy, structure, and culture at a national level.

- Work with a down‑to‑earth, supportive team where integrity and respect come first.

- Competitive salary package, vehicle allowance, and performance‑based incentives.

If you're a respected sales leader who thrives on challenge, collaboration, and creating results that last, we'd love to hear from you.
