We’re looking for a proactive and organisedPeople & Culture Coordinatorto join our team. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you’ll provide general HR administrative support and help drive key initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be the first point of contact for People & Culture queries, including HRIS support.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support training, events, wellbeing and engagement initiatives that bring our culture to life.
- Support employee experience initiatives, including coordination of the annual employee survey.
- Ensure timely and precise execution of HR processes, including performance reviews and HRIS data entry .
- Ensure the provision of relevant people data to support a cadence of reporting cycles as well as ad-hoc requests for data.

About You

You’re a naturally organised team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys making a positive impact and aims to not just make deadlines but beat them

You’ll bring:

- 1–2 years’ experience in HR administration or a similar coordinator role.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word); experience with ELMO (HRIS) and Sharepoint (Intranet) will be highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, and excellent communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- An interest in continuous improvement and the confidence to raise initiatives.
