About the role

As a Trainee Frontline Service Officer, you’ll join our Community Hub team and play an important role as the first point of contact for our community. In this hands‑on position, you will:

- Assist community members at the front counter and over the phone.

- Build administration skills in areas such as data entry, filing, and records management.

- Help coordinate meetings, workshops, and community events.

- Work towards achieving a Certificate III in Business, with the benefit of structured training and ongoing mentoring.

The role at a glance

Type: Fixed Term – 12 months

Hours: Full-time, 72.5 hours per fortnight

Roster: Monday to Friday, 9‑day fortnight (hello long weekends)
