Are you reliable, hands‑on, and enjoy staying active throughout your workday? Shred-X is looking for a safety‑focused and customer‑oriented MR Driver to join our team in Welshpool, Perth.

As part of the Freightways Group, one of Australasia’s leading logistics and information management companies, Shred‑X is a national leader in secure document destruction, product disposal, and recycling services. We’re seeking a motivated team member who thrives on independence, takes pride in their work, and plays a key role in delivering top‑tier customer service.

What You’ll Do

- Drive a company‑branded MR or HR truck to deliver and collect secure destruction bins and materials.

- Service a diverse client base across various industries, including handling e‑waste, archive boxes, textiles, and pallets.

- Safely manage bins weighing up to 100kg – an ideal role for someone who enjoys physical work.

- Use a PDA device to accurately record collections and service tasks.

- Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness and cleanliness.

- You’ll need to apply for access passes with government and high‑security clients, which may require sharing personal information.

- Represent Shred‑X professionally on‑site, ensuring top‑tier customer interaction.

- Follow all company policies, WHS standards, chain of responsibility, and client‑specific procedures.

What You Bring

- A valid Medium Rigid (MR) truck license with a clean driving history.

- Previous experience in a physical driving role (e.g. freight or removalist‑style work).

- Safe manual handling skills and physical fitness.

- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.

- Good communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

- Comfortable with using handheld devices (PDA or similar tech).

- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
