**All suitable applicants will undergo rigorous screening processes, including WWVP clearances, criminal history checks, and reference checks.**

**Remuneration: $69,000**

**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Community Transport Driver** to assist older adults and people with disabilities to remain active and engaged in the community on a** Casual Basis.** In this vital role, you will provide safe and high-quality transport services aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

**To be successful for this role, you must possess the following**:

- Demonstrated ability to provide sensitive and appropriate support to people who are ageing and/or have a disability.
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with service users.
- Current ACT drivers license applicable to both manual and automatic transmissions
- An exemplary driving record.
- Computer literate in a “windows” environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of professional boundaries, privacy and confidentiality.
- Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People registration.
- Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one.

**Desirable**:

- Able to work outside normal business hours if required.
- Able to safely perform manual handling and lifting duties e.g. mobility equipment and shopping needs.

**Other Requirements**:

- Current First Aid Certificate (including Asthma and Anaphylaxis)
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Card and Police Check
