Your Role as Manager, Operational Support

As a key member of our management team, you’ll:

- Lead the Operational Control Centre (OCC) team to ensure optimal bus and driver deployment.
- Champion incident and emergency response protocols, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Develop and refine standards for service disruption management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive smooth project execution.
- Assess and manage risks that impact service delivery.

Who You Are

- A degree-qualified professional in Business or a related field.
- A seasoned leader with experience in public transport or similar operational environments.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and decision-making abilities—especially under pressure.
- A passion for service excellence and safety.
- Experience in control centre operations and emergency response.
