About the role
We have an opportunity for a Manager - Security Advisory & Vetting to be part of our Security Advisory & Vetting Unit, State Intelligence Command team. The Manager - Security Advisory & Vetting Unit is responsible for the governance and policy for NSWPF information sharing arrangements, the handling and access of sensitive information and suitability of personnel and others to access NSWPF resources. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Commonwealth Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF), the role provides advice, guidance, and assurance to the Chief Security Officer and Chief Security Advisor.

This role requires demonstrated experience in interpreting legislation and policy. Using a specific example, describe your capability to lead the implementation of a personnel security process improvement. What challenges did you face during the process, and how did you address or overcome them?
