About the Role
The Senior Project Manager manages complex multi-stream, cross-divisional projects over a number of years in line with the Agency’s Project Management Framework to achieve agreed business outcomes.
The role is full time, temporary until 30 June 2027. There are Six (6) vacancies.
About the NSW Electoral Commission
The New South Wales Electoral Commission delivers trusted and independent systems, processes, oversight and engagement that support democracy in New South Wales. - Running and regulating elections
- Communicating and engaging with current and future voters, key NSW community stakeholders and NSW election participants; and
- Investigating possible offences and enforcing electoral and lobbying laws such as the Electoral Act 2017 and the Electoral Funding Act 2018.

Key knowledge, experience and essential requirements
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in large complex project delivery
- Project Management Certification (Prince 2 / PMP)
- Managing complex multi stream projects within a large programme with extensive project interdependencies to mitigate and manage such complexities
- Delivering large ICT and business projects including anticipating and responding dynamically to changes
- Determine the framework of policies, regulations, functions, processes, procedures and responsibilities by which the project will be established, managed and controlled.

- Describe your major achievement(s) in successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously of varying sizes with defined budgets within previous roles in government or other medium or large organisations (Maximum 300 words)
