Grace Loves Lace is the world leader in innovative, modern bridal with an e-commerce store and an expanding boutique network worldwide. We are seeking someone who has a passion for the bridal industry, customer service and can drive for sales. We look for talent committed to service excellence, who can build strong personal connection and act as brand ambassadors. This Full-Time Stylist opportunity in our Melbourne Boutique is for you.

This Full-Time role is working a 5-day Sunday - Thursday roster (38 hours per week).

Responsibilities

- Provide personalised one-on-one private styling appointments
- Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service experience
- Maintain flawless personal presentation and impeccable people skills
- Strive towards & exceed monthly individual and team sales goals
- Be professional, yet down to earth and love what we do
- Maintain a reputation for being the industry leaders in personalized and friendly VIP service
- Take individual measurements accurately and up-style from our exquisite range of accessories & occasional range
- Multi-task between taking appointments and following up with brides via email & phone – working off an iPad and IT savvy
- Maintain a high standard of commitment and work ethic with extensive product knowledge
- Act as the face of our brand, and wear our beautiful products while in the boutique
- Must be able to work weekends (these are the busiest boutique days)

Required Experience and Skills

- Previous experience in sales with a strong focus on customer service
- Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs
- Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships through the customer journey
- Able to learn quickly and retain information across a diverse product range
- Hard working with strong multi-tasking skills
- Highest standard of attention to detail
- Able to work weekends and flexible to take on extra shifts as needed
- Intermediate to advanced administration capability; following up with brides and data entry is key
- Intermediate IT experience using an iPad, MS Office & data entry (NetSuite is advantageous)
