The Opportunity
We’re hiring an Organic Social Media Creator to craft, manage, and grow our clients' social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement across all platforms. You’ll be at the forefront of our content strategies, working closely with our Account Project Manager to bring our clients’ brands to life and drive community growth and brand loyalty.

Mission
To create, manage, and grow our clients’ organic social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement across all platforms. The Organic Social Media Creator will focus on crafting high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives community growth and brand loyalty. This role will involve close collaboration with the Account Project Manager to ensure all content aligns with the clients' broader marketing strategies and effectively drives action.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage quarterly content calendars for clients' social media platforms.
2. Curate and edit photos, videos, and other content to align with brand aesthetics.
3. Manage content shoots with photographers, videographers, and clients.
4. Create engaging visual content, including graphic carousels and video reels.
5. Write compelling, on-brand captions for social media posts.
6. Publish and schedule posts on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
7. Analyse social media metrics to optimise content strategies.
8. Communicate regularly with clients for feedback and content approvals.
9. Collaborate with the Account Project Manager and Graphic Designer on content strategy.
10. Maintain high client satisfaction and retention through consistent results.
11. Growth in other areas of social media and digital marketing.
12. Grow into marketing strategist.
13. Project management.
What We’re Looking For
1. Prior experience with this role.
2. Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
3. Exceptional communication skills.
4. Adobe Creative Suite and Canva experience.
5. Video editing experience to create reels (Adobe Premiere).
6. A flair for creativity and an eye for detail.
7. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
8. A proactive and positive attitude.
9. You will need to be able to work autonomously and as a team, as you will work closely with others.
