We're seeking a dynamic, creative Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes digital trends. This role demands someone who can seamlessly transition between being the creative genius behind the camera and the engaging personality in front of it.

You'll be crafting, producing, editing and publishing compelling short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Working alongside our founders and core team, you'll guide them as on-screen talent whilst transforming their expertise into captivating visual stories.

Portfolio Essential:
Your application must include a portfolio link showcasing social media video content you've developed. Submissions without portfolios will not be reviewed.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Content Development & Production: Film and produce trending, brand-aligned short-form videos utilising CapCut, Canva and platform-native editing tools. Guide team members during filming to create authentic, compelling content.
  • AI Integration: Leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance ideation, editing processes and content planning workflows.
  • Strategic Planning & Organisation: Coordinate weekly filming sessions, maintain filming schedules and ensure a minimum two-week content pipeline is always prepared.
  • Trend Analysis & Brand Alignment: Monitor emerging social media trends and seamlessly integrate them with our brand messaging.
  • Multi-Platform Optimisation: Adapt and customise content specifically for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube platforms.
  • Business-Focused Content: Apply commercial insight and genuine enthusiasm for entrepreneurship to create content that supports our community's business development journey.
  • UGC Optimisation: Partner with our UGC and Partnerships Manager to optimise and repurpose all supplied user-generated content for maximum brand impact.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to expand our social media reach and deliver measurable outcomes.

What you bring to the table:

You're a digitally-native content creator with sharp creative vision and solid business acumen. You excel both as an on-camera presence and as a director, dedicated to producing thumb-stopping content that drives engagement.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branded short-form video creation (using CapCut, Canva or native app tools)
  • Confident on-camera presence with proven directing capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience organising and executing content filming sessions
  • Enthusiasm for exploring and implementing AI creation tools
  • Direct-to-consumer content background
  • Self-motivated, well-organised and team-focused approach
  • Outstanding communication skills with natural problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver's licence with availability for weekly filming sessions
  • Based on the Gold Coast with ability to work in-office
