Property and Projects & Construction - Associate

Due to growth of our Adelaide Property and Projects & Construction team, we are looking for an Associate to work alongside Annoushka Scharnberg.

The Role

Due to growth of our Adelaide Property and Projects & Construction team, we are recruiting for an Associate to join to work alongside Annoushka Scharnberg. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work on landmark projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, supporting the full lifecycle from acquisition through to delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

- Advise on property acquisitions, disposals, and development structuring

- Draft and negotiate contracts including development agreements, construction contracts, infrastructure agreements and leases

- Manage planning and zoning issues, approvals, and regulatory compliance

- Provide strategic legal input to support project delivery and commercial outcomes

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have between 3-5 years’ experience in property law, and exposure to development projects will be favoured. Candidates with slightly more or less experience may be considered. You will have excellent drafting, attention to detail, negotiation, and communication skills, and be collaborative, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
