**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a small portfolio of properties, allowing for personalised attention and the development of strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant screenings, rent collection, and maintenance coordination
- Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify maintenance needs
- Collaborate with contractors and landlords to coordinate repairs and maintenance work
- Stay updated on local rental laws, regulations, and market trends
- Advertising and marketing vacant properties and spaces to prospective tenants

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of property management experience
- Valid Property Manager licence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive landlord/tenant relationships
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage a small portfolio effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing quality service
- Proficient in property management software and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
- Radiating positive energy that serves as a catalyst, fostering collaboration and enhancing the overall dynamics of the team
