Program Manager - Network & Security

Leading Telco client (consulting through FinXL)

FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors.

FinXL is seeking a Program Manager - Network & Security to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telco client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

- Lead program governance, risk management, and reporting activities.

- Manage and drive program outcomes for a team of 23 technical specialists.

- Oversee large and complex program budgets with strong financial acumen.

- Deliver outcomes within a complex, multi-vendor environment.

- Engage confidently with senior executive and federal government stakeholders.

- Ensure the successful delivery of critical network and security programs.

Key Skills & Experience

- Mandatory NV1 security clearance (must be current).

- 10+ years' experience in program leadership for network & security projects.

- Proven track record of delivery in large, multi-vendor environments.

- Strong financial acumen and experience managing large, open budgets.

- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, up to senior executive levels.
