- Doctor Management & Onboarding : Oversee the doctor pipeline, manage consultation scheduling, and run full-day onboarding sessions.
- Clinical Training Delivery : Travel to clinics to train nurses on new treatment areas, and ensure proper implementation.
- Clinical Operations : Manage day-to-day operations—nurse communications via WhatsApp, triaging clinical questions, and supply coordination.
- Cross-Program Scaling : Support growth across weight loss, women’s health, hair loss, and more while maintaining consistent standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong background in healthcare education, nursing, or clinical program management.
- Proven ability to write protocols, policies, and procedures from scratch.
- Excellent communicator who can “speak nurse” and engage healthcare staff at their level.
- Comfort leading training and onboarding sessions—motivating, educating, and inspiring.
- Independent operator with a strong ownership mindset—able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly to member clinics across Australia.
