Accounts Receivable Officer - Sydney - 12-month FTC

Role: Accounts Receivable Officer – 12-month FTC
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, we seek an Accounts Receivable Officer on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract at the International Towers on Barangaroo.
Hybrid working arrangements are available: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
You will be part of the team responsible for managing banking allocations, order release, and collections, including up to 25‑50 calls a day.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide high level of customer service.
- Coordinate banking transactions and maintain clear records.
- Follow‑up to resolve unallocated or disputed items.
- Generate reports and perform account reconciliations.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in an Accounts Receivable role, preferably within a large FMCG or agribusiness.
- Proven experience in SAP is highly desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Process improvement experience and change‑management skills.
- Positive, continuous‑improvement mindset.
