Job Description

- Process and issue invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment queries.
- Maintain up-to-date customer account records.
- Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist with ad hoc duties as required by the finance team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Receivable Officer should have:

- A background in accounting or finance, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
