What You’ll Be Doing:

- Support the Accounts Receivable team by proactively following up on overdue payments and resolving disputes or complex cases

- Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and proactively follow up on outstanding balances.

- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to billing, payments, and customer accounts.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to financial transactions and credit management.

- Process and allocate incoming payments accurately and promptly - EFT, BPAY, Direct Debit and Credit Card

- Provide reception coverage during staff lunch breaks and annual leave

- Help manage tills and coordinate banking activities.

What You’ll Bring:

- Proven experience in a senior credit, finance, or accounts receivable role

- A strong understanding of credit evaluation, risk mitigation, and collections

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

- A hands-on approach and the confidence to take ownership of complex challenges

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounts receivable role.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and well-developed organisational skills.

- Ability to meet tight deadlines.

- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available).
