The Role:

We are seeking a People Services Officer to provide high-quality HR administrative and process support to the wider HR team and key stakeholders across the Linfox Group. This is a hands‑on role that ensures a smooth interface between HR operations and back‑of‑house payroll processes, while also acting as the first point of contact for HR queries.

Working as part of a collaborative People Services team, you will provide timely and accurate support on HR systems, documentation, and compliance processes. This role also supports Linfox’s non‑logistics entities including the Private Group, Property Group, Exclusive Piano Group and Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to HR queries, escalating complex matters to relevant HR specialists.

- Prepare HR documentation, including employment confirmation letters, change of conditions and compliance records.

- Complete HR Services review of employment offers (using PageUp).

- Maintain organisation structure and position data in SAP.

- Ensure compliance with VEVO checks, pre‑employment medical paperwork, and record‑keeping requirements.

- Assist with HR projects and process improvements in line with the Achieve Together workplan.

- Support HR Business Partners and Talent Team with follow‑up on outstanding or upcoming date‑driven contract changes.

About You:

You are detail‑oriented, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent HR support. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. You will bring strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring:

- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.

- Familiarity with HR systems (PageUp, SAP, SuccessFactors) and MS Office.

- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.

- A customer service mindset and the ability to work collaboratively.
