This position can be offered out of our Epping VIC, Yatala QLD or Hazlemere WA site

Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be:

- Attend to all customer enquiries in a timely manner

- Provide accurate advice and information on request

- Provide customer-specific quotes and estimates as required

- Maintain accurate records

- Attend to customer follow-ups and update the CRM

- Cooperate with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same

- Develop employee awareness of product compliance obligations

- Actively participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.

- Attend Company promotional events
