Are you a detail-oriented coordinator with a passion for recruitment excellence? We’re looking for a highly organised and proactiveTalent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to join our TA team on a 6 month contract.

Reporting to the TA Lead – Support Functions, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding administrative support and candidate coordination, helping us achieve exceptional hiring outcomes for VetPartners Practices while ensuring a seamless experience for every candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing

Recruitment Administration & Systems

- Respond to careers inbox enquiries
- Set up new ATS users and maintain the clinic map
- Align talent pools with current organisational structures
- Process recruitment invoices
- Support contract generation for support roles, aligned to SLA targets

Locum-Pool Coordination

- Assist locum recruiters with new requests and respond to clinic and locum queries
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for booked locums, optimising costs and clinic experience
- Post locum adverts using Canva templates and support the Employer Brand team with targeted marketing and campaigns
- Identify and implement improvements in key administrative processes
- Collaborate with the TA Ops Analyst to enhance manual workflows and improve recruiter and candidate experiences
- Maintain monthly reporting on referral and recruiter bonus approvals

What We’re Looking For

- 2–3 years’ experience in coordination or administration within recruitment, HR, or events
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Confident user of Canva or similar design tools
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy for invoice processing
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on supporting internal clients and candidates
