Overview

Responsibilities

- Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity;

- Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy;

- Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management;

- Attend and assist with sales activities such as open homes;

- Social Media assistance across multiple platforms;

- Providing weekly vendor reports for the agent's listings;

- Self-managing day-to-day tasks; and

- Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience.

What You'll Need

- Previous administration experience is essential, and previous experience in real estate is highly advantageous;

- Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package;

- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills;

- Excellent communication skills; and

- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities;
