Overview

We are seeking a Governance Coordinator to join our INPEX Managing Directors Office team in Perth. Join us in helping shape a brighter energy future.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate material/content for leadership forums (ELT, ILT, SLT).

- First responder for queries and requests related to leadership forums.

- Manage calendars, travel bookings, IT requests, onboarding, and visitor coordination.

- Maintain governance systems including the Committees Register, Business Decision Note Register, and Controlled Document System.

- Record and distribute accurate minutes of meetings and associated actions.

- Prepare quarterly Board reports and support the team in report, deliverables and document formatting.

- Support the Risk and Assurance team in monitoring data quality in the Enterprise Risk Management system.

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.

Successful candidates will have

- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Lists, Copilot).

- Strong communicators with high attention to detail.

- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.

- Able to work independently and collaboratively.

- Professional, well-presented, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.

- Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration (or similar) is advantageous.
