We are seeking a Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, Communications & Engagement, you will play a key role in organising the department’s administration and providing crucial support for marketing projects.

This is a full-time, year-round position, with 4 weeks of annual leave.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support event planning, implementation and onsite engagement activities
- Assist with event communication and donor administration
- Process invoices and manage new suppliers
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Take meeting minutes as needed
- Update marketing calendars and community databases

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF
