About The Role
This full-time position is perfect for a creative, organised individual with a sharp eye for detail and a love for storytelling through content.

You'll be the go-to person in the clinic for all things visual from managing before-and-after photography to assisting with social media content and review management. You'll help ensure every smile we create is showcased beautifully and every patient journey is captured with care, accuracy, and professionalism.

What You'll Be Doing
Content Creation & Administration

• Capture and edit high-quality before-and-after images and videos of patients (in line with AHPRA and brand guidelines).
• Manage the clinic's visual content library, uploading, cataloguing, and sharing assets with the central marketing team.
• Assist with in-clinic photo and video shoots, patient journey content, team culture moments, and events.
• Prepare and schedule reels, stories, and posts under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.

Google Review Engagement

• Monitor and respond to Google reviews daily with warmth, gratitude, and professionalism.
• Share valuable patient feedback and trends with the clinic and central marketing team.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with the Sydney clinical and marketing teams to ensure all content aligns with Dental Boutique's brand and tone.
• Support marketing activations, content shoots, and clinic events.
• Maintain compliance and confidentiality across all patient content and communication.

About You
You're creative, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You love attention to detail just as much as creative expression and you take pride in seeing your work contribute to a premium brand experience.

You'll Bring

• A qualification (or relevant experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar.
• Experience in content capture and editing (photo/video), studio lighting and composition a plus.
• Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut, plus familiarity with social media tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• A passion for visual storytelling and staying up to date with social media trends.

Experience in the healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry is desirable but not essential.
