We seek an experienced Marketing Assistant who will assist the dynamic Communications & E-commerce team at Parlour X.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Assist with management, facilitation & execution of content across all social & digital channels
- Creation creation
- Scheduling & posting content
- Client engagement across all social channels
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality & co-ordination of the departments activities
- Data analysis & reporting
- Market research
- Assisting the marketing manager in various projects including promotional activities
- Administrative tasks
- Drive business performance through pre-determined KPI’s

Key attributes required:

- Proven experience as a marketing asssitant
- Attention to detail
- Well organised, efficient and able to multi-task
- Creative, with knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc)
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc
- Good Communication Skills

Bonus attributes:

- Styling
- Photography Skills: Camera & video knowledge
- Experience with Shopify

Minimum 3 years retail experience.
