You'll be responsible for managing two significant Sydney commercial assets, working within an exclusive team that handles all aspects of these buildings' operations and day-to-day management.**An overview of the role:**· Deliver business plan objectives including income maximisation, arrears control, and comprehensive compliance management (insurances and bank guarantees)· Oversee property operating environments ensuring WHS compliance and efficient systems· Manage minor retail vacancy leasing, working closely with clients to develop effective leasing strategies· Control annual budgets and capital expenditure programs, working collaboratively with Operations Manager· Prepare accurate financial reports, monthly reforecasting, and variance reporting according to client timelines· Conduct weekly property inspections with Operations Manager to develop maintenance action plans· Maintain meticulous property administration including tenancy schedules, contact details, and service provider information· Undertake fixed and CPI rent reviews, prepare market rent reviews, and process invoices efficiently· Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (supported by comprehensive call hierarchy)· Establish productive relationships with tenants and actively contribute to risk management programs· Minimum 3 years' property management experience, preferably in commercial· NSW Real Estate Licence· Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills· Detail-oriented with strong administrative capabilities· Experience with MRI property management software (desirable)· Understanding of trust accounting principles (desirable)· Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team structure**What you can expect from us:**You’ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
