As an integral part of our small but mighty Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for collaborating with our Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Finance teams as well as our external partners to help ensure our products are forecasted, manufactured, distributed, and measured efficiently. With a close-knit team of 23 in Australia and as part of a global brand, we are looking for someone who enjoys understanding and getting involved in all areas of Supply Chain, rolling up their sleeves to help others, thrives in a hands-on environment, and is eager to contribute to our culture, business goals, and strategic objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Demand forecasting and production planning.
- Inventory Management.
- Margin Optimization and protection.
- Review and analyze freight data.
- Work closely with the local freight forwarder partner.
- Collaborate with suppliers on supply plan including monitoring schedules, ocean freight, local production plans and communicate any potential delays.
- Build relationships with local and offshore raw material and packaging suppliers.
- Generating purchase orders for slow-moving finished goods and components. Reconcile slow-moving stock and create action plans with internal stakeholders to clear inventory.
- Work with our internal ERP system and associated tools.
- Analysis and validation of Cost of Goods.
- Update Bill of Material documents for new and existing SKUs.
- Analyze current supply chain processes, procedures, and sourcing activities to recommend improvements to drive material cost down and improve the quality of the products/services delivered.
- Conduct pricing negotiations for tier 2 suppliers where appropriate.
- Reviewing, analysis & reporting of monthly operations performance metrics; lead supplier meetings to address performance issues.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or other relevant field.
- 3-5 years broad experience within the Supply Chain functions of a FMCG business.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and Access skills.
