Accounts Payable Officer – FMCG | $75K + Super | Flexible Hours

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to take ownership of end-to-end AP functions while enjoying the flexibility to balance work and life with flexible start and finish times.

About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments while supporting a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-function Accounts Payable, including invoice processing and payment runs

- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries promptly

- Assist with month-end closing and accrual preparation

- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve AP processes and systems

About You

- Proven experience in end-to-end accounts payable (FMCG or high-volume environment desirable)

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

- Confident communicator with the ability to build supplier and internal relationships

- Proficient in Excel and accounting software (experience with ERP systems highly regarded)

- Self-motivated, organised, and proactive with a positive attitude
