The Role

The Role: Are you a skilled driver looking for a new challenge? Join our dynamic Operations team in Darra as a Driver. In this role, you will be at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring the timely and safe delivery of our products to customers. You’ll work in a supportive environment that values safety, customer service, and continuous improvement. Your Day

- Delivering cylinders to branches, depots, and customer sites with a focus on safety and customer interaction.
- Ensuring vehicle readiness before departure via pre-trip checks and vehicle condition reports
- Helping fill cylinders with products and operate test stations
- Maintaining a clean and organized stock yard, ensuring the highest levels of safety and product preservation
- Assisting the team with palletising and loading orders for delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment
- Working Monday to Friday, starting at 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM, whichever works for you
- Permanent full-time role of 38 hours per week, with an average overtime of 5 hours per week
- Rate per day: $33 to $35 per hour + super + bonus. Open to casual workers with casual loading ($41 to $43 per hour)

Who are you

- You will have a Heavy Rigid License (or higher) with experience driving trucks for at least 6 months
- Having forklift licenses will be preferred, but not required
- Since you will be transporting dangerous goods (DG), knowledge of DG transportation would be advantageous
- Your role involves physical work with lifting and loading; you must be physically fit for the role

- Innovation is valued at Coregas, so technical skills like computer knowledge and RF scanning would be beneficial
