Title: Banking & Receivables Officer, Temporary - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week (18-month contract)

Salary Range: $80,029.58 to $93,006.52 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity

1. The timely processing, reconciliation and receipting of transactions from bank accounts and third-party systems to ensure financial information is complete and accurate, reconciling items are investigated and resolved or escalated in a timely manner.
2. Assist with preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring timely follow up and clearing of reconciling items and the preparation of reports and analyses as required to support complete and accurate information for decision making and reporting.
3. Provide information and guidance to business units on matters relating to accounts receivable including invoicing, credit note preparation, payment transfers, journals and other processes, ensuring that information supplied is accurate, relevant and supports efficient resolution and high quality reporting, analysis and decision making.
