Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Business Unit Director for our Breast and Skeletal Health division, the National Sales Manager – Breast Surgery plays a pivotal role in establishing and leading the breast surgery and biopsy sales team in ANZ. This is a newly created role that offers a unique opportunity to build and shape a high-performing sales team from the ground up.

Responsibilities

1. Leading and developing a team of sales professionals.

2. Driving business growth to expand access to our breast surgery solutions that enable early detection, accurate diagnosis, and compassionate treatment.

3. Demonstrating accountability, leadership, business acumen, and organizational insight.

4. Supporting a positive team culture and driving performance.

Candidate Profile

We seek a results-driven professional with a thorough understanding of sales excellence methodology, excellent communication skills at an executive level, and a commitment to a positive team environment. Critical thinking, emotional intelligence, influencing, negotiating, and working with ambiguity are essential skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline.

- Proven success in medical device sales leadership, preferably in breast surgery and biopsy.

- Valid driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and ownership of a serviceable vehicle for work purposes.

- Ability to travel frequently, often at short notice.
