Join the Leasing and Development team at Thredbo as our Leasing Officer, responsible for managing the resort’s sub‑lease portfolio and ensuring the smooth operation of property and lease management processes across the village. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll coordinate day‑to‑day leasing activities, maintain strong relationships with sub‑lessees and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with lease and legal requirements. Working closely with the Property Manager, you’ll support financial management, lease renewals, reporting, and team leadership to ensure the department runs efficiently and effectively. About the role
- Manage Thredbo’s sub‑lease portfolio, including retail and hospitality tenants.
- Coordinate lease renewals, assignments, and compliance in line with Head Lease requirements.
- Oversee financial administration including invoicing, turnover rents, and arrears management.
- Maintain insurance records, reports, and accurate property documentation.
- Lead and support the leasing team to deliver operational goals and excellent service.
- Collaborate with departments such as Environmental Services to manage village operations and maintenance.
About You
- Experience in lease administration, paralegal, or contracts management.
- Knowledge of real estate, property management, or conveyancing.
- Strong communication, administrative, and financial skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment.
