Employment Type: Permanent (Full-time)
Salary range: $114,251 per annum to $134,809 per annum + 12% super and benefits (Health Mgr Lvl 2)
Location: NSW Ambulance State Operations Centre, Sydney Olympic Park

About the Opportunity
The Project Officer People Matter Employee Survey (PMES) position drives the development of cultural change and improvement programs. These programs are designed to improve workplace culture and address the findings and recommendations arising from the annual PMES survey conducted by the Public Service Commission. This role will coordinate the PMES survey across NSW Ambulance, including:
- the set up and promotion of the PMES for NSW Ambulance each year,
- supporting PMES champions from across NSW Ambulance,
- collating and tracking of actions undertaken as a result of the PMES responses,influencing change across NSW Ambulance based on the insights gained from the PMES data.
This role will guide culture change and act as a change agent utilising PMES data as one tool for change.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Understands basic data analytics and interpretation on survey results,
- Influences organisational cultural change, at all levels,
- Communicates effectively to a range of stakeholders,
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously,
- Utilises Microsoft office applications at an advanced level.
